Here are some fun Christmas activities to keep kids busy from before the presents are opened to after

Peppermint Candy Wreath

What you need on hand:

  • Styrofoam Wreath
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Peppermint Candies (about 4 bags)
  • Red Hots Candies (about 2 bags)
  • Decorative Ribbon

Instructions:

  • Start gluing peppermint candies around the inner perimeter of the wreath
  • Work your way to the front of the wreath
  • Fill in any gaps with red hot candies
  • Use ribbon to hang your wreath

What you need on hand:

  • Garage Sale Stickers
  • Hershey Kisses (1 bag)
  • Sharpie

Instructions:

  • Write a special message or numbers on 16 stickers
  • Line up grids of 4 kisses in 4 rows
  • Put stickers on the bottom of the kisses

  • Paper Straws
  • White Cardstock
  • Buttons
  • Hot Glue Gun

Instructions:

  • Make circles from cardstock
  • Cut straws into various lengths
  • Glue center circle to the back of straws
  • Add a white cardstock circle to the front of the straws
  • Glue button on the front cardstock
